SURV is organizing a cultural event

Tomorow on 21st Nov, 2010, Sunday SURV is going to organize a cultural event, Lokgeet and Loknritya "Raee".

It is the regional folk cultural activity of Bundelkhand, which is now very rare to find out, there are a few numbers of artists of 'Raee', who are known as "Bedini". Besically 'Bedini' are female artist who dances on the folk songs of bundelkhand in which a bundeli singer describes about daily life's situation of a villager in Bundelkhand.

SURV is trying to give a new recognition to 'RAEE' by organizing this event. It is an effort to make Bundeli people proud on there culture and tradition.

This event is sponsered by Mr. Chaturbhuj singh Yadav, former member of Municipal party of Mauranipur. who is a very dedicated socialist and is a symbol of Bundelkhandi Culture in Mauranipur.

Dr. Chandra Pal Singh Yadav(Former MP from jhansi) is the Chief Guest of this event. As a special guest Mr. Deep Narayan Singh Yadav (Vidhayak from Garautha) is also coming in this event.
